Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within one to two business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a tracking number once it ships.

We ship using UPS and USPS, and shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total package weight, destination, and carrier rates.

Please note
• We do not ship on weekends or holidays
• Delivery times may vary depending on carrier service and location
• Because our items are temperature-sensitive, please ensure someone is available to receive the package promptly to prevent exposure to heat
• We currently only ship within the United States
